Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads (eBooks).

Due to the nature of digital content, which is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the product has been granted, except as expressly provided in this policy or required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will receive immediate access to the digital product
  • You consent to the immediate performance of the contract
  • You waive any statutory right to withdraw, cancel, or request a refund once the download or access has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law

Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product via a download link and/or email.

If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@mycozycathome.com, and we will ensure delivery.

Technical Issues

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading the product (including corrupted files, broken links, or delivery errors), please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will, at our discretion:

  • Provide a new download link, or
  • Resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe

This ensures you receive the product in usable condition.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact us immediately at support@mycozycathome.com.

We reserve the right to request reasonable verification before taking action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
