The hands-free part is honestly what sold me. I used to have to carry my cat's carrier with one hand while trying to open doors or grab things with the other. Now I can keep him right against me and still have both hands available. We used it on a walk last weekend and it was so much easier. He just sat there looking around while I actually enjoyed the walk instead of worrying about carrying everything.
My cat usually hates being picked up for more than a few seconds, so I wasn't expecting much. He actually settles down in this pretty quickly. The fabric feels really soft and comfortable against him.
My biggest concern was her jumping out. She's very curious and will try to investigate literally everything.
